Cooking Instructions:

  • Cook from room temperature
  • Roast the joint in a deep tray and cover with foil, basting the joint first.
  • Cook in the centre of the oven at 180/Gas 5 
  • To calculate cooking times see below;
  • RARE - 20 minutes per 450g plus 20 minutes
  • MEDIUM - 25 minutes per 450g plus 25 minutes
  • WELL DONE- 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes
