Get ready for a Christmas feast like no other! Our locally-sourced Rib of Beef has been aged for a minimum of 21 days for maximum flavor. Make this iconic cut part of your festive celebration! Deliciously juicy and full of flavor - no wonder it's a holiday favorite!

Cooking Guide:

  • Season the joint with salt & pepper or your choice of flavouring
  • Roast for 20 minutes at 200°c/Gas 7, then turn down the oven to 140°c/gas 3
  • Cook for 20 minutes per 450g for medium or 15 minutes per 450g for rare
  • Rest the meat for 15-30 minutes in a warm place

Minimum weights:
Single rib - 0.9kg
Double rib - 1.8kg
Three ribs - 2.7kg

Our ribs of beef are sold by weight. While we try to ensure the number of ribs matches the option selected, it may be that you receive a rib extra/short but the item will be the correct weight.
