This is a stuffed boneless joint containing chicken, duck & pheasant. Select your choice of stuffing from the drop down menu. This joint is tasty either hot or cold.
- Preheat oven to 180°c/Gas 5
- Cook for 2 hours covered over & then cook for a further 20 mins uncovered (keep the netting on during the cooking process)
- Rest for 30 mins before carving
