Make your holiday meal merry and bright with this boneless stuffed turkey breast. Tender, juicy, and delicious with a pork and herb filling, it's sure to be the centerpiece of your Christmas feast! (Don't forget the leftovers for those mandatory Boxing Day sandwiches!)

Cooking Guide

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c/Gas 5 
  • Rub butter over the skin and season well then place your turkey breast into a roasting tin
  • Cover the turkey breast in foil and roast in the oven for 50 minutes per kilogram, plus an additional 20 minutes uncovered to brown the skin
  • Remove from the oven and test with a meat thermometer (the temperature you are looking to achieve is 72 degrees). Alternatively pop a fork into the thickest part of the joint, if the juices run clear the turkey is cooked
  • If the joint appears underdone, then put it back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes
  • Leave the turkey to rest for 20 minutes somewhere warm before carving
